Haiku Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Haiku — the Telegram bot @trtat3bot and the website https://haikubot.online ("Haiku", "we", "us") — collects, uses, stores, shares and deletes information when you use it. Contact for any privacy question or request: t8week@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

a) Information from Telegram. When you message the bot, Telegram gives us your numeric Telegram user ID and your interface language. We do not receive your phone number or contacts.

b) Information you provide.

• Your settings: time zone, language, interface mode and reminder time.
• Events you create: title, date, time, repetition, colour.
• Links you include in an event message, and photos, documents or videos you attach to an event. For attachments we store only Telegram's file identifier (the file itself stays on Telegram's servers) so that the bot can send it back to you with the reminder.

c) Google user data — only if you connect Google Calendar. With your consent, through the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events scope:

• OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google;
• events in your primary Google Calendar (title, start and end time), read when you ask the bot for your schedule.

We do not collect any other Google data (no email contents, contacts, Drive files or profile data).

2. How we use information

• To create your events and send you reminders in Telegram at the time you chose.
• To show you your schedule for a day or week.
• To remember your settings.
• To send occasional service messages (for example maintenance or update notices).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.

3. How we use Google user data

• Create: when you confirm an event in Haiku, we insert it into your primary Google Calendar (with its title, time, colour and any links as the description).
• Read: when you open your schedule in the bot, we read your upcoming events from your primary calendar and show them to you in the chat. These events are fetched on request and are not stored by Haiku.

Haiku does not modify or delete your existing events. Google user data is used only to provide these user-facing features. It is not transferred to anyone except as necessary to provide the features above, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you. No humans read your Google user data unless you explicitly ask us for help with a specific event, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or it is required by law. Google user data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Haiku's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. Data is processed only by the services needed to run the bot:

• Telegram — delivers messages and stores attached files;
• Amvera Cloud — hosts the bot and its database;
• Google — only if you connect Google Calendar, to read and create your events.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored in a database on our hosting provider's servers (Amvera Cloud). Access is limited to the bot operator. All connections to Telegram and Google use HTTPS/TLS. Google tokens are used only by the bot's server to call the Google Calendar API on your behalf.

6. Retention

• Events and settings are kept until you delete them or ask us to delete your data.
• Google tokens are kept until you disconnect Google Calendar, revoke access in your Google account, or Google invalidates them — then they are deleted from our database.
• Events read from Google Calendar are not stored.

7. Your choices and how to delete your data

• Disconnect Google: press "Disconnect Google" in Settings or send /disconnect — your Google tokens are deleted immediately.
• Revoke access: at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Delete your events: press "Clear schedule" in Settings or send /clearschedule.
• Delete all your data: email t8week@gmail.com from any address and include your Telegram username; we delete all data linked to your account within 30 days.

8. Children

Haiku is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced in the bot.

Что храним: ваш Telegram ID и язык; настройки (часовой пояс, язык, время напоминания); созданные события, ссылки и идентификаторы прикреплённых файлов (сами файлы хранит Telegram); при подключении Google Календаря — токены доступа Google.

Данные Google (разрешение calendar.events): добавляем созданные в боте события в ваш основной календарь и читаем предстоящие события, чтобы показать расписание; прочитанные события не сохраняем. Не изменяем и не удаляем ваши события, не продаём и не передаём данные третьим лицам, не используем для рекламы и обучения ИИ. Соблюдаем Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

Удаление: «Отключить Google» или /disconnect — удалить токены Google; myaccount.google.com/permissions — отозвать доступ; «Очистить расписание» или /clearschedule — удалить события; полное удаление — по письму на t8week@gmail.com в течение 30 дней.
